The kitchen is fitted with oven/grill, microwaves oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, hotplate cooking.

A washing machine is at your disposal in the bathroom, and you have also a large dressing-room.

Activities / leisure:

You will be ideally located to go to the sea, visit the various cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Juan les Pins..) and the hinterland villages (Vence, Saint-Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, Saint-Jeannet, Gourdon, Grasse…), make some shopping (Cap3000 shopping center, Nice, Cannes et Monaco shops), and then relax at the swimming pool.
